What To Expect
Sunday Mornings
Sunday morning is a special time for us each week. This is a time we gather to have a shared experience with God. We have exciting services with great music and preaching, creative elements, series that apply to everyday life, and a casual atmosphere where anyone is welcome. The two most important parts of this are 1: God and 2: Shared Experience. We want people to connect with God and each other. More than anything, we believe that God is for us and everything He does is motivated by His love. It is in that truth that we experience Him every week. We also try to foster relationships that are influential and meaningful with each other. Spiritual relationships like this can have a profound impact in all the moments of life.
Kids
Our Sunday morning kids experience is a fun and interactive opportunity for our young people to experience God with their peers. Our passion is to continue a generational impact of young people knowing God. The Sunday morning experience is only part of that. We want to provide every opportunity for young people to know Jesus. This is why we have Sunday School, AWANA, VBS, and events throughout the year. We desire that the whole church participate in some way to advance Jesus in the lives of young people.
Nursery – Nursery is available during Sunday morning service for infant – 4 yrs. old
Children’s Church – Children’s church is available for all kids 4 yrs old – 4th grade.
Youth
Our 7th – 12th grade students meet weekly for fun and fellowship. We offer youth group on Sunday nights from 4:00 to 5:30 PM. We meet for games, a lesson, and small group discussions. Our students also meet for Sunday school on Sunday mornings. We spend time together exploring the Word and relating it our lives. Check out our social media for special events and details!
Adult Groups
We sponsor a Bible Study at the Senior Center every Tuesday at 10:00 AM – everyone is welcome! We have a monthly Adult Friendship Group that meets for Lunch at various local restaurants after church. We currently have three adult Sunday School options studying various topics with a focus on the Bible and life application. We have an every-other-month women’s Bunco Night on Fridays at 6:30 PM. Men meet for breakfast and prayer on the first Saturday each month at 9:00 AM. STEW small group meets on Sunday nights at 5:45 PM with a book study on marriage enrichment. All groups are open to everyone – just contact the church for more information.
Mexico
One day during the week, Mercy Day, is a day dedicated to distributing bags of groceries to local families in need, after being presented with the Gospel.
The cost of the trip is $700/person plus airfare. Kids 12 and under are $350 with a chaperone. Passport is needed. For more information, contact Christa Linderer at cdlinderer@gmail.com
Prayer Night
Every second and fourth Thursday of the month we have prayer at 7:00 PM. This is led by Dave & Katie Matthews in the Sanctuary.
STEW
S.T.E.W. (Studying Together Each Week) – small group meets on Sundays from 5:45 to 7:30 pm at the church. The group focuses on enriching marriage and family relationships. The current book study is “The Naked Marriage” by Dave & Ashley Wills.
Family Activities
We offer a range of activities and programs to help families grow together in faith and love. Our Family Activities aim to provide a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for families to learn, connect, and have fun together.
